This online store is owned by Shoppa di Rizza Gian Franco, Viale Castagnola 21A, 6900 Lugano (hereinafter Shoppa). The general terms below apply to our website www.shoppa.ch. Every purchase made on this site confirms the buyer's full acceptance of the conditions described below. Our general terms of sale may be changed at any time without prior notice.

The prices shown on the website www.shoppa.ch include VAT and are expressed in CHF (Swiss francs), excluding shipping costs. Shoppa guarantees that all information provided on the site is accurate and up to date. Nevertheless, printing errors, inaccuracies, omissions or other mistakes may occur. Shoppa reserves the right to change products, prices, descriptions and services at any time without prior notice. Shoppa reserves the right not to process orders that include items with clearly incorrect prices.

ORDERS
Orders are placed only through the checkout process on www.shoppa.ch. The customer confirms the order after selecting a payment method. By placing an order, the customer enters into a binding purchase contract. Shoppa reserves the right to limit the quantities available for sales or promotions, and the right to refuse, correct, cancel or terminate an order for any reason. Colors of items shown on the website may differ from reality.

PAYMENT
Our orders must be paid when the order is confirmed, and only using the payment methods shown on our site: (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal.

Shipping is available only within Switzerland. Shipping is free for orders over CHF 50. Ordered items are generally shipped within 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri), except for items not in stock, for which waiting times of about 5-10 business days are possible. As a rule, the order will only be fulfilled when all items are in stock. Our parcels are delivered by Swiss Post or by courier. Any delivery delays do not entitle the customer to withholdings, penalties, offsets or compensation. Goods are transported at the customer's risk, and the customer is required to check their condition upon delivery. References, quantities, quality of the goods and conformity with the order must also be verified. Complaints submitted more than 2 business days after the delivery date will not be considered. Free collection is possible only at Shoppa-Viale Castagnola 21A-6900 Lugano during opening hours and only after receiving the email confirming that the goods are ready for collection.

 From the date of delivery, the customer has 7 days to return an item (at their own expense). Each return must be accompanied by the corresponding invoice and must be preceded by a return request through the customer's Profile. The item must be returned in its original packaging, including labels, and must show no signs of wear. Incomplete, dirty, damaged, or already used items will not be accepted.  If the return conditions are met, Shoppa will refund the total amount of the returned items (excluding shipping costs) either as a Shoppa Digital Voucher or using the same method as the original payment. The refund value is based on the item's price on the day the refund request was made. No cash refunds are issued.
